Agua Viva Evangelical School

In the year 2000, our school was established to serve the needs of the children of Agua Viva. Classes were held at the home, using whatever space was available. At that time, we had a total of 59 students from kindergarten through sixth grade enrolled.

In 2005, construction began on our current school building which had room for 10 classrooms, a library, teacher's room and an administrative office. We opened our doors and dedicated the school in 2006, immediately reaching out to the children from the surrounding community. In our first years, we offered primary classes only and in 2009 we added middle school grades (7th, 8th, and 9th).

In 2012 there are 244 students enrolled from kindergarten through 9th grade, with 180 students coming from the nearby community. Through the school, God has blessed us with an excellent way to reach out to our neighbors and minister to the families of our students. As we continue to grow, we are always looking for ways to better serve our local community.
