Denis Wolcott, APR, has been involved in water for more than 25 years. As a journalist, he covered water issues extensively across the United States and earned multiple awards for his reporting. As a public relations professional, Denis managed the media team at the nation's largest water utility, implemented award-winning communications programs and chaired a state water-efficiency organization. He currently represents multiple water agencies in CA.
