Dobrila Denegri is art historian and curator, living and working in Rome (Italy), Belgrade (Serbia) and Torun (Poland). Since 2002 she is artistic director of nKA / ICA (Belgrade) . an independent cultural association which organized since 2011 till 2010 .Real Presence. . the biggest international workshop for young artists and art students operating in the Balkan region. From 2002 till 2008 she was curator at the MACRO - Museum of Contemporary Art in Rome. From 2007 till 2009 she taught history of contemporary art at .La Sapienza. University in Rome. Since 2010 is artistic director of Centre of Contemporary Art in Torun and since 2011 she teaches contemporary art at Polimoda in Florence. Her activity as curator and writer started in the early .90s, since when she curated exhibitions, workshops and lecture series in various public and private institutions in Italy, Serbia and internationally.
