Linus Lancaster also working in collaboration with a group of high school students on sculptural pieces that incorporate performance art and bio-ethical conversations, some of which will be represented in the FSW piece. It will also bring in some work from Linus' collaborations with a group called Five Looking West (http://fivelookingwest.com/) a group of five Northern California artists who produce work that is in some ways inspired by, or connected to, Korean art and culture. The common thread of the project is a focus on working in cooperation with local environments and materials, as well as with the Five Elements in Asian thought, wood, fire, air, metal, and water.
